FROM the OAKLAND AIRPORT The Oakland airport is actually in Alameda! Just exit from the airport, or the rental car lots, and turn right (west) onto Doolittle. Follow Doolittle as it becomes Otis. Now follow Otis until it becomes Westline Drive shortly before it crosses Central Avenue at a signal. This is on the map here. Turn right and right again at the second block (9th). San Antonio is the second left. 912 is down the block on the right.

FROM DOWNTOWN OAKLAND Alameda is across from Jack London Square. To get to Alameda, find Webster street by travelling acrosss downtown Oakland on a numbered street, like 14th street, until it crosses Webster. Take Webster through Chinatown to Alameda. Continue on Webster to turn left (east) on Central. Continue to 9th and turn right. San Antonio Avenue is the second street on the left. Find Boxwood House at 912, on the right.

FROM BERKELEY and POINTS NORTH The freeway, I880, has signs to Alameda. Follow them through downtown Oakland. The route will find the Webster street tunnels to Alameda. Stay on Webster to Central. Turn left and continue to 9th. Turn right on 9th. San Antonio is the second left. Find Boxwood House at 912.

FROM SAN FRANCISCO Take the Oakland bridge and follow I80 to I880. From there, follow the directions as from Berkeley and Points North.

FROM THE SOUTH Take expressways to I880.
